Ozzy Osbourne Postpones European Tour — Again

It now may not take place until 2021, casting serious doubt on his North American trek
Ozzy Osbourne Postpones European Tour — Again
Adding to an increasingly long list of tour setbacks, Ozzy Osbourne has postponed his upcoming European tour yet again. And once more, it's due to the Black Sabbath hero's ailing health.

Osbourne broke the bad news this afternoon, letting fans know all his 2020 European dates have been called off. The Euro leg of his "No More Tours 2" was set to run from January to March, with a North American run to follow this spring. Now, however, the European trip has been called off, casting some serious doubt on whether his North American dates will actually take place.

In a video media today, Osbourne said the following:

I'm here to give you an update on my condition. As you probably know, or you may not know, at the beginning of this year, I had a bad fall. I screwed all the vertebrae in my neck and had to have surgery. I've got a lot more nuts and bolts in my neck now than in my car. I'm not dying, I am recovering — it's just taking a little bit longer than everyone thought it would. I'm bored stiff of being stuck on a fucking bed all day. I can't wait to get off my ass and get going again. But you're just gonna have to be a little bit more patient. I'm postponing the European tour because I'm not ready. I'm not retiring — I've still got gigs to do — but when I do come back on an American tour, I wanna be one hundred percent ready to come out and knock your fucking socks off. And also, there's a new album on the way.

At this point, it's unclear when the European dates will now take place, but according to some reports, the tour may not now start until the first half of 2021.

As previously reported, Osbourne's North American tour is schedule to kick off on May 27 in Atlanta. Included on the trek are multiple Canadian stops, and you can revisit all the dates as they currently stand over here.

Last year, Osbourne postponed multiple tour dates multiple times due to his poor heath, so if you are hoping to see Ozzy next year, we suggest you cross those fingers.
